Financial Specialist

Job Description:

Analyze the expenditure of Business Department in order to forecast and prepare future performance reports of travel programs.
Respond various requests from the management including analyzing travel market trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, obligations incurred.
Analyze the transaction records and maintain pertinent statistics and other data required by the management.
Perform monthly general ledger closing and monitor revenue and expenses activities.
Evaluate the existing procedures and workflow requirements of Business Department and Functions Department and propose the advice to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Analyze monthly department budget and accounting summary reports to maintain expenditure controls.
Compare operating programs based on cost-benefit analysis, review funding requests and explore alternative financing methods.
Prepare the budget for OTA(Online Travel Agency) business projects and other business projects.

Require:

Master’s Degree in Business or Finance with 24 month financial experience in travel agency.
